Summer Entertaining
Join us for this light hearted, healthy eating recipe demonstration workshop. We will be showcasing a nutrient dense delicious menu to include:
- Watermelon Cooler
- Moroccan Sweet Potato Falafels with Green Coriander Dip
- Mediterranean Stuffed Peppers
- Fermented Strawberry Mousse
- Lemon & Rosemary Shortbread
We will demonstrate each recipe detailing the nutritional benefits of the ingredients chosen. You will be able to taste each dish and have a chance to ask questions too. All recipes are plant based, gluten, dairy and refined sugar free.
