Eating for Exercise
Do you know how to fuel your body for exercise? Exercise plays a crucial role in our overall health and the way we nourish our bodies can impact our ability to exercise and the results we gain from working out.
Whether your goal is weight management, strength or endurance, different strategies may be needed. In this workshop you will learn about the importance of different macros, how to fuel your body pre-workout and the nutrients that can aid recovery and repair post-workout. In the last of our Nutrition: Mind-Body Connection workshops, we will be joining all the dots and exploring how eating well for Sleep, Exercise, the Mind and Gut are all interlinked. If one of these are out of sync it can have a knock-on effect in other areas. However, taking a big picture approach and keeping it SIMPLE and sustainable for you is what is crucial.
Join us to learning more about listening to our bodies and embracing how we change as we age physically, mentally and environmentally and how this can help maintain and indeed improve our health over the years.
