Do you wish you could sleep better? Whether you’re a suffering insomniac or just wake feeling exhausted, our Eat for Sleep workshop could be just for you. Learn how to combine sleep-inducing nutrition and relaxation for better sleep; which foods and drinks disrupt sleep; and those that promote it. This workshop will introduce healthy foods and habits for a more restful and restorative night. All recipes are gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free. The workshop will be run in 3 parts:
- Session 1 – Date TBA: Nutritional Talk with Q&A 10:30-11:30am
- Session 2 – Date TBA: Recipe Demonstrations 10:30-12:00pm
- Session 3 – Date TBA: Cook Along 10:30-12:00pm
