Eating for Exercise
Do you know how to fuel your body for exercise? Exercise plays a crucial role in our overall health and the way we nourish our bodies can impact our ability to exercise and the results we gain from working out.
Whether your goal is weight management, strength or endurance, different strategies may be needed. In this workshop you will learn about the importance of different macros, how to fuel your body pre-workout and the nutrients that can aid recovery and repair post-workout. All recipes are gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free.
