I highly recommend the Eating for Hormone Health workshop! Educational, inspiring and fun to watch and join in. Jo and Kelly are a dynamic duo. Even if cooking from scratch scares you to death, these two make it look so easy, sharing hints and tips including a full workbook crammed with recipes and instructions to follow along with later. Being an online offering also means you can also watch the recordings back and cook along whenever you have time or as a refresher if you forget anything later.
So far I have cooked the superseed bread, it is scrumptous, morish and freezable. Brilliant. Thank you both very much!

Thanks Kelly and Jo I thoroughly enjoyed the Eating for Hormone Health Workshop. Both of you have an extensive knowledge of all things food and nutrition and I learnt so much. I found the chat with the other girls really interesting and informative and the cooking tips were brilliant ( how to chop garlic properly!). I wasn’t sure how this workshop would work on zoom but it was great and interaction still worked well. I am loving all the recipes especially the apricot, almond and maca muffins. I would most definitely recommend these workshops.
