Eating for Life


Do you get confused with all the conflicting information about how to eat to stay healthy?

In the last of our Nutrition: Mind-Body Connection workshops, we will be joining all the dots and exploring how eating well for Sleep, Exercise, the Mind and Gut are all interlinked.  If one of these are out of sync it can have a knock-on effect in other areas.  However, taking a big picture approach and keeping it SIMPLE and sustainable for you is what is crucial.

Join us to learning more about listening to our bodies and embracing how we change as we age physically, mentally and environmentally and how this can help maintain and indeed improve our health over the years.

All recipes are gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free.
