Sleep is vital for overall health, when we rest, our bodies repair and recover from the day. Optimum sleep helps reduce chronic illness, keeps our brain healthy and boosts our immune system.
Whether you’re a suffering insomniac or just wake feeling exhausted, our Eat for Sleep workshop will teach you how to nourish your body for better sleep. You will learn about healthy foods and habits for a more restful and restorative night; which foods and drinks disrupt sleep; and those that promote it. All recipes are gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free.
