    Wow! I learnt so much at this workshop about the importance of ‘gut health’. Everything was explained in simple terms and you could participate as much or as little as you wanted. Every recipe, that were all delicious by the way, was explained thoroughly and it helped understand what is good for your body. Both Kelly and Jo were calm and clear and answered any relevant questions but kept it fun. The recipes (that were handed out at the end) were very simple to follow, yet very tasty. Will definitely do another workshop with these guys x
