Anxiety and depression have been on the increase for many years and has been compounded by Covid and recent lockdowns. Many of the factors contributing to mental health issues feel out of our control, however, lifestyle and diet can be an important factor in prevention and management. Join us to learn how to nourish your brain and nervous system through food and how to take an active role in supporting your own mental health. All recipes are gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free.
