Summer Entertaining

Join us for this light hearted, healthy eating recipe demonstration workshop.  We will be showcasing a nutrient dense delicious menu to include:

• Watermelon Cooler
• Moroccan Sweet Potato Falafels with Green Coriander Dip
• Mediterranean Stuffed Peppers
• Fermented Strawberry Mousse
• Lemon & Rosemary Shortbread

We will demonstrate each recipe detailing the nutritional benefits of the ingredients chosen. You will be able to taste each dish and have a chance to ask questions too.  All recipes are plant based, gluten, dairy and refined sugar free.
