Move over hummus! Here’s a nutritious alternative using edamame beans, peas and spinach. A smooth and creamy vegan dip with an Asian twist; and it’s packed with plant based protein and good fats from the olive oil, pumpkin and sesame seeds. Serve alone with some veggie sticks or wholegrain crackers as a satisfying, protein packed snack or as the star on top of a lunchtime salad bowl.
