Bespoke Workshop Details

We arrive in your venue of choice (you can also host your event in my home upon arrangement) one hour prior to your event to set up and prepare for our workshop, based around a theme of your choice. Themes range from simple plant based eating or eating for hormone health to eating for energy, healthy eating for the family, eating for skin health or for sleep – it’s up to you!

Once your guests have arrived and are settled with a cup of herbal tea (or a glass of bubbles if you’re offering), we’ll begin with two mouth-watering demonstrations, providing relevant and informative advice designed to help you and your guests eat your way to better health. We’ll show you how to make two tasty and nutritious dishes of your choice for you and your guests to sample and enjoy during a short mid-worship break. Each demonstration aims to answer all of your kitchen and plant-based questions and provide useful cooking tips to whet your palate and get you feeling confident and at ease in the kitchen. After the break, a further two dishes will be demonstrated before you and your guests are invited you to sit, relax and carry on discussing what you’ve learned over a delicious two course plant-based meal. Whilst you eat and enjoy each others company, we’ll discretely tidy up and slip away, leaving you to carry on entertaining without a sink full of dishes to worry about later.

Each bespoke workshop event includes:

  • Informative plant-based demonstrations with samples for all guests to enjoy
  • 2-course meal for up to 10 people (*additional costs for extra guests)
  • All ingredients, most equipment, any additional stools for demonstration seating if needed
  • A bespoke menu designed especially for you
  • Recipe booklets for each guest
  • Tips tricks and heaps of inspiration from experienced plant-based chefs
  • Washing up of all items used during preparation and demonstrations
  • 2½ hours of entertainment, nourishment, inspiration and fun

Please note that whilst we are able to accommodate many dietary restrictions, due to a high volume of nuts and seeds in our dishes and risk of cross contamination, we are unfortunately not able to accommodate severe nut allergies anaphylactic-prone reactions or those diagnosed with celiac disease.
